Meet The Chef
Sabrina is a passionate chef with more than 10 years professional experience and a life-time's love of the kitchen. Growing up she could always be found in the kitchen, helping her mum creating food for her family.
Her philosophy is straightforward: simple, seasonal, delicious. She enjoys exploring new flavours, experimenting with ingredients and creating high-end classic dishes with a twist.
What began as a part-time pursuit, aged 17 alongside studying, quickly developed into a long-term career ambition. After a life-time of dreaming about working in hospitality, she set up her own catering business in 2015.
Experience
After a childhood of learning from her Cordon Bleu trained mum, she went on to complete the Leith's Intermediate Certification in Food. Her culinary journey began catering for local families as a teenager, then developed into seasonal catering for private estates and lodges in Scotland throughout university. Since 2015 it has expanded to include catering for large events and weddings.

Whatever the occasion, our goal is to deliver a personable and professional service that leaves you and your taste buds content. We provide a tailor-made service for corporate and private clients in London, Suffolk, Scotland and internationally.
Our delicious food is made with the very best seasonal ingredients. We cater for small informal gatherings to large-scale entertaining. This ranges from food deliveries, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks parties and weddings.
